My favorite part of Goodreads each year is the ability to look back at what I have read during the year. In 2016, I was able to complete my Goodreads challenge by reading 60 books with over 20 thousand pages *YAAAYY*. Until last week, I wasn’t sure i was going to be able to complete my challenge. It has been my highest goal since I started my account on Goodreads.
The shortest book was an eBook by Jodi Picoult “Larger than life” – 78 pages – which I just read in December.
The longest book I read was in January which was “The Goldfinch” by Donna Tartt which was 864 pages long. I did not enjoy this book and it caused me a major reading slump. The other major reading slump was in August and both were around 3 weeks to a month.
